Inside, you will find sections of the medieval wall (12th century) and Roman and pre-Roman structures from the 1st–2nd centuries, along with other historical and archaeological features that tell the story of the city since its foundation. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room/office, a dining room, and 3 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, electric heating in winter, electric ventilation, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children will find toys, books, and games available. Outside, enjoy a 34 m² open terrace and a private barbecue for outdoor meals. Public street parking is available. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. Please respect the quiet hours on the terrace after 10 p.m. for the neighbors’ comfort. The street is part of a lively block with restaurants, next to Coimbra’s main open-air shopping street. You will also find the Almedina Tower and Arch—the main entrance to the medieval city—and the Quebra Costas steps, where free jazz concerts are held in summer, as well as fado houses.
